I recommend you ignore Tripadvisor. So many of its reviews are spoofs, and untrue libellous rubbish that it is fast loosing all credibility.  Google has now started using tripadvisor review summaries in its results listings.  The publishing of unverified inaccurate rubbish about legitimate businesses struggling to make a living, by a respected and over-powerful tool like Google is a very worrying development.

The only way to beat this is to boycott Tripadvisor.
