It adjoins the main house (‘Woodside’) – which is our private dwelling. Woodside is in the centre of Barbrook village overlooking the West Lyn River within the Exmoor National Park. Approximately 150 metres from Woodside is the start of a recently acquired National Trust walk along the West Lyn river which connects with other established walks and well known beauty spots such as – Watersmeet, the Valley of Rocks and many more including the twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth, which are just over one mile away. Entrance to the Holiday Apartment is on a level with its own private patio and garden (south facing) that is accessed from the road level by steps. The holiday apartment is spacious and comprises one bedroom (3m x 5m) with a double bed, hand basin with shaver point and hairdryer. Bathroom with a bath, hand basin and toilet. An L- shaped open plan living room and kitchen (4.5m x 7m into ‘L’). A high standard of equipment is provided including electric cooker with oven timer, microwave oven, refrigerator, colour television (Freesat) / video and radio/CD/cassette player. Outside, the Patio is furnished with table, chairs and sunshade. Private off-road car parking facility in full view from the apartment is available. Well-mannered dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and on condition that at no time they are left unattended indoors. Smoking – PATIO/GARDEN ONLY (Indoors - the apartment is a NO smoking area) The Tariff for ‘Woodside Apartment’ is inclusive of - central heating, electricity, constant hot water, all linen and car parking.
